Daring Bakers' February Challenge: Tiramisu

This is my first time with the Daring Bakers and this tiramisu has been a great way to start. I made the cake to coincide with my godson's and sister-in-law's birthday today, yes, the pressure was on.  Despite the length of the recipe, it was easy to make as every step along the way was organised into tiny work days so that I wouldn't end up being overwhelmed.
